OUR PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

We comply with the guidelines set out by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure that we protect the privacy and security of your data.  Our Privacy & Data Policy covers how we use the personal data we collect from you ("personal data") during your visit to our website ("online") and our coffee shop ("onsite").  When we refer to "Holybella", "us”, "we" or “our”, we mean Holybella Limited.

What data we collect

If you get in contact with us either face to face, over the telephone, via email, or by visiting or making an enquiry via  our website, you may provide us with personal information including your name, contact details, cookies or your computer's IP address.  Below we explain how we'll handle each.

 

1. Cookies

Cookies are small files that are sent to a browser from a web server and are stored on a computer. They help businesses, including ours, to analyse traffic to our website, better understand which pages are most popular and enable visitors to have a more personalised experience when interacting with us online.  You will normally see a banner message at the top of our website asking if this is okay.  You can opt out of this, or can manage 'cookies' through your browser settings.  You can refuse all or some cookies.

3. NHS Track & Trace

We're following the Government guidelines and are asking our customers who dine in with us to register their visit to assist with the NHS 'Test & Trace' COVID-19 contact tracing scheme in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.  The data we collect is in line with what the Government advise and only be used for the purposes of the 'Test & Trace' initiative and will be retained for 21 days.

4. CCTV

We have CCTV in our cafe in order to prevent crime.

5. Third parties

We may include links to third party websites within our own website.  If you choose to follow any link, please be aware that they will have their own privacy and data policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

 

6. MAKING CHANGES TO YOU data

You can get in touch with us via turkayozkan@gmail.com if you wish to see what data we hold about you, or if you wish to change any of the data we hold. We will respond to you within 10 working days of your request being received.  You can also ask us to remove all the data we hold about you.

7. Complaints

Should you have any queries or complaints, you can contact us via email on turkayozkan@gmail.com or by calling us on 0208 446 8444.  Should you wish to take any complaints or queries relating to our privacy and data policy further, you have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

8. Amending our policy

We may update our policy without giving any notice.  All updates will be posted on this page.  All of this information is correct September 2020.
